Fabbioli Something White

The varietal composition of the Something White changes each year, they select the best available fruit from the year’s harvest. It is a blend of Vidal Blanc and Petit Manseng. The nose is bright with aromas of crisp green pears, juicy yellow grapefruit, and mild sun-kissed honeysuckle. The palate mimics the nose with more bright crisp pears and sharp yellow grapefruit on the finish.
